Cancellation policy

Cancellation of Unprocessed Orders: If a cancellation request is received after the order is processed/approved, we will cancel the order and refund the full amount.

In case of discrepancies, you can opt for a refund or exchange. Mandatory: Provide unboxing video for claims.

Discouragement of Post-Processing Cancellations: We prioritize efficient order processing and discourage cancellations after order processing.

You can cancel your orders. Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 105/- for cancelling an order which is not dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation. Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during transit or quality issues with the product. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 6-14 business days(Refund will be initiated within 7 days and the refund will be credited within 7 days,return will be initiated within 7 days). All your orders are shipped from Chennai unit only.

All packages will need to be signed for upon delivery by consignee. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Botanical Luxuriate takes no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorised person. Botanical Luxuriate is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for mismatch or damages must be reported to customer care on the day of delivery.
