There is no refund for the product, as it’s completely personal hygiene products. Instead replacement of same product is available

You can cancel your orders. Cancellation of orders can be done only if the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. There will be a cancellation charge of Rs. 105/- for cancelling an order which is not dispatched. Once orders have been dispatched, we cannot issue a cancellation. Exchanges are possible only in cases of damage during transit or quality issues with the product. Damages due to neglect, improper usage or wrong application will not be covered under this Policy. Once your exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 6-14 business days. All your orders are shipped from Chennai unit only.

All packages will need to be signed for upon delivery by consignee. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbour, etc. Botanical Luxuriate takes no responsibility for goods signed by an unauthorised person. Botanical Luxuriate is not responsible for damage after delivery. All claims for mismatch or damages must be reported to customer care on the day of delivery.

  5.  Cancellation:

    If you wish to cancel your order, please reach out to or WhatsApp/Call at our customer care number +919790869697. (Timings: 10 am to 6 pm) within 12 hours with the reason for cancellation.

    Once orders have been processed, they cannot be cancelled. If you don’t wish to accept the parcel, you can simply refuse to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Once the parcel comes back to the warehouse, we will deduct shipping and return charges from the customer order value while processing the refund.

    We recommend doing a patch test of all products and read the ingredient list for any known allergies. No exchange or returns and refunds will be processed in case of allergies/skin reactions, dislikes of fragrance or color variations.

    You can also cancel an order before it is processed and approved by us for a full refund. However, once an order is processed and shipped, we cannot cancel it.
